We had a number of bats to deal with in our attic and Bats Canada solved our issues and even fixed a looming issue with our roof that could have posed a future problem with more bats. I was impressed with Kenny's experience, confidence, warranty and most importantly, honesty. I thought the bat dropping was symptom of a problem. Kenny assured me, after a quick inspection on the exterior of the house, bats were not actually getting in. He offered us the option to leave everything as is. After looking at other wildlife removal companies online - Bats Canada's website was the most informative in their removal/preventative process and I had more trust in a company that specializes in bat removal than a general wild life removal company. I reached out to Kenny early Sunday morning and by Sunday afternoon Kenny had contacted me with price, their process on removing and preventing bats from entering my home and setting up a next day appointment to complete the work. We found a bat in our house so we called Kenny at Bats Canada. He was at our house to remove the bats within the week! He was extremely professional and took his time! The quality of work is exceptional as we have been bat free ever since! After he completed bat proofing our house he stayed an extra hour just to answer all the questions we had! If you have bats in your home, definitely give Kenny a call to get them removed for good!! Highly recommend 10/10!!
Kenny is amazing. We had a bat get into the house, waited a few weeks to see if it was random, but kept hearing them in the walls and attic. We called Kenny and he came out within a week, tacking us on to another job he had in another city and his team worked on our house in the late afternoon, in 40+ degree heat, non-stop to get our house bat proofed. Afterward he took the time to walk me through what he had done, what he had found and how the problem is being solved. He is insanely knowledgeable and incredibly nice.We can even say that we had another company in before Kenny, who walked around the house and charged us for a quote. Kenny gave us a quote on the phone, was bang on (we were worried he might find something that added to the cost) and he came in at half the price... did more work and was more knowledgeable.I would 100% recommend Kenny to anyone who has this problem. Two summers ago we had the unfortunate experience of a bat flying down from our the third story of our heritage house and entering our main living area. My husband and I thought we dealt with the problem by catching it ourselves. Problem not solved. Two years later, not once, but twice, we were traumatized by a bat flying around our main living area. After researching bats we were alarmed to discover where there is one, there could potentially be a colony living silently within the walls of your home. We live in an old house and when we moved in we had a terrible problem with bats. I tried three other companies first. All of them said they would get rid of the problem. None of them did. And none of them would come back. As soon as I spoke to Kenny, I knew I should have gone to him first. He was excellent. He came right away. It took him about 10 minutes to determine where the bats were coming in, and what needed to be done (none of the other companies even got that far!). He removed the bats in a humane way and we have not had a problem for years, though if we did I know he would come back and fix it. I recommend Kenny without reservation. He is the best there is.
